you can use multiple yahoo messenger without any patch etc...just follow steps..
1st you need a yahoo messenger 1st download it, http://messenger.yahoo.com/ if you have already installed then skip this step and follow next step.

2 Step.) Go to Start ----> Run . Type regedit, then enter .

3 Step.) Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER --------> Software ---> yahoo --->pager---->Test

4 Step.) in right page, right click and choose new Dword Value. Rename it as Plural.

5 Step.) Double click and assign a decimal value of 1.

Now its Done close this window and run yahoo messenger run again and again and yahoo messenger will open in new window...like this
